Succeed in Understanding Religion

Most people believe that humans possess a spirit or soul and that there exists a God or Supreme Force. Many believe there are moral rules that people should follow in their lives and that there is some sort of life after death. Some believe their religion can affect their fate and can assist in physical and mental healing. They practice their beliefs through their various religions.

Clarifying your views and religious beliefs can give you greater peace of mind and focus on your direction in life. One way to do this is to look at some fundamental religious questions and to compare possible answers with your own beliefs. It is also useful to see what other religions have to say on various issues.

The objective of these free online lessons is to help you on your spiritual path. It is also useful for those studying religion. Note that no specific religion is given preference over other beliefs in these academic lessons. If you have any questions, send us an email.

School for Champions

Champion a worthy cause

There are many problems in this world that need people to help in solving them.

If you see an injustice or someone in need and feel strongly about the situation, you can champion it as a cause and work to solve the problem.

Help out

Some can simply give donations to a charity, while others can get involved and participate in the solution.

When you champion a cause, you are making a difference. That is an important purpose of the
School for Champions.

Some causes that need champions include:

Haiti earthquake: How to help - A list of agencies in the Washington Post

Chile Earthquake - How to help and other volunteer opportunities

Doctors without Borders, providing aid to people whose survival is threatened by disasters or violence

Action Against Hunger, providing solutions to world hunger

CARE, a humanitarian organization fighting global poverty

There are also many agencies in your city that are looking for help.

Suggestions

This is just the start of our list. If you know of some charities or causes that need help, let us know about it.

The School for Champions helps you become the type of person who can be called a Champion.
