Succeed in Understanding Behavior
Behavior is defined as the manner in which people, animals and even plants act in various situations, as well as how they
respond to different stimuli. Scientists and behaviorists are able to predict behavior through making observations, performing
experiments and then drawing conclusions.
It is important to be able to understand how and why people behave. That knowledge allows you to get along with others,
advance in your career and succeed in business. Understanding your own behavior as well as the behavior of animals are also
important and useful.
The purpose of these free online lessons is to give you a start at improving your skills in understanding behavior. If
you have any questions, send us an email.

School for Champions
Champion a worthy cause
There are many problems in this world that need people to help in solving them.
If you see an injustice or someone in need and feel strongly about the situation, you can champion it as
a cause and work to solve the problem.
Help out
Some can simply give donations to a charity, while others can get involved and participate in the solution.
When you champion a cause, you are making a difference. That is an important purpose of the
School for Champions.
Some causes that need champions include:
Haiti
earthquake: How to help - A list of agencies in the Washington Post
Chile
Earthquake - How to help and other volunteer opportunities
Doctors without Borders, providing
aid to people whose survival is threatened by disasters or violence
Action Against Hunger, providing
solutions to world hunger
CARE, a humanitarian organization fighting
global poverty
There are also many agencies in your city that are looking for help.
